FROM THE FRYER:

Prime Fillet of Cod Loin

We use only the thickest, whitest loin of cod caught exclusively from MSC certified sustainable fishing grounds. Around Christmas time, look out for Cornish cod on our market specials board, its density and freshness is breathtaking.

Line Caught Haddock Fillet

Not quite as chunky as our cod loin but caught by traditional long-lining methods. Hand prepared in our shop and once again all our haddock is MSC certified sustainable.

Plaice Fillet

The most popular British flatfish, plaice fillet offers a delicate flavor but is slightly more pronounced than Haddock. Look out for whole plaice on our market specials board; it’s a real treat.

Rock Salmon

Rock salmon or Huss is a fish and chip shop favourite due to its dense, meaty flesh lending itself so well to battering. A bolder flavour and a real Londoners favourite!

Whole Jumbo Scampi Tails

Our Jumbo scampi tails are more than double the size of traditional chip shop scampi. We bread all of our scampi by hand and add just a little dusting of Cajun spices to really ‘pop’ their iconic flavour. Accompanied by homemade tartar sauce, these scampi are the real deal!

Homemade Cod and Salmon Fish cakes

Fresh Scottish salmon and prime cod blended with creamy mashed potato, herbs and garlic. Served battered and best dipped in our tartar sauce.

Skinless hake fillet

Hake has been the fish of choice across West Wales for years and it’s easy to see why. Hake has a lighter, thinner flake than cod and a nice subtle flavour that makes it very easy to eat, served skinless for that ‘clean plate’ experience!
